At HouseRoxx, we stand behind the quality of our products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Defective or Damaged Items

We will gladly offer a replacement or full refund for products that arrive defective, damaged, or with manufacturing errors. If you receive a product that doesn't meet our quality standards, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos showing the defect or damage

We'll review your claim promptly and, upon approval, provide you with a prepaid return label or issue a replacement/refund at no additional cost to you.

What We Don't Cover

Since our products are made-to-order specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns for non-defective items. Our return policy does not cover:

  • Buyer's remorse – If you simply change your mind about a purchase

  • Wrong size or color – Items ordered in incorrect specifications

  • Personal preference – If you're unhappy with the product due to subjective reasons

Lost Packages

If your order hasn't arrived, please report it within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement.

How to Submit a Claim

Contact our customer support team at info@houseroxx.com. Please include your order number and relevant details about the issue.

We aim to respond to all claims within 48 hours and resolve approved claims as quickly as possible.
