All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders at our discretion.

5. Digital Products – License and Usage Rights

License Grant:
Upon purchase of our digital art prints, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use license to download and use the artwork.

Permitted Uses:

• Print for personal home decor and t-shirts

• Display on devices such as Samsung Frame TV or digital frames

• Use in your personal residence

Prohibited Uses:

• Resale, redistribution, or commercial use of any kind

• Sharing, uploading, or making files available to third parties

• Using artwork for merchandise, products, or business purposes

• Claiming ownership or copyright of the artwork

• Altering, modifying, or creating derivative works without permission

File Delivery:
Digital downloads are delivered as zip files containing the art in 1:1 aspect ratio. Files are sent to the email address provided at checkout. You are responsible for downloading and storing your files within 7 days. We are not responsible for lost files after delivery.

No Refunds on Digital Products:
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once files have been delivered, except in cases of defective or corrupted files.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Physical Products:

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and shipping method

• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our control

• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier

• You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information

Free Shipping Promotions:

International Shipping:
